64GB 4th generation iPhone in 2010?

iphone_4g_2010

Toshiba announced today the launch of its 64GB embedded NAND flash memory module, the highest capacity yet achieved on the market today. How is this information useful to the iPhone and iPod Touch user community? Well, in my opinion this will lead Apple to perhaps come up with the 4th generation iPhone 64BG and 128GB 4th generation iPod Touch.

4th generation iPhone 2010:

Apple released the 1st generation iPhone (iPhone 2G) in 2007. In 2008 the 2nd generation iPhone (iPhone 3G) was released and in 2009 the 3rd generation iPhone (iPhone3GS). With this breaking news and the patters we see here it is most likely that Apple will release a 4th generation iPhone probably in the month of July 2010.

It would be nice to see a different iPhone look for a change, maybe a bigger OLED screen with a glowing apple logo in the back? A better camera or even integrate the support of IEEE 802.11n standard for Wi-Fi?

4th generation iPod Touch 2010:

The 3rd generation iPod Touch is currently a 64GB jukebox. It actually contains two 32GB memory modules. Will Apple release a 128 GB iPod Touch using two 64GB flash memory modules?

I know they were talks to integrate a camera on the iPod Touch, this would be a nice hardware modification for the coming 4th generation as well.

I want to know what do you think?
