Auto-Lock your Mac using your iPhone or iPod Touch

How many times have we forgotten to lock our Macs while our minds are busy thinking about the next Blog to write? Introducing Airlock, an OS X application for 7.77 $ US that you install on your Mac and “pair” it with your iPhone or iPod touch. Once you leave the premises with it, your Mac automatically locks and vice versa when you get close enough it unlocks. It all works within the Bluetooth range. You are probably thinking; what if I forget my iPhone/iPod touch or the battery drains? Simple, just set Airlock to allow for your user name and password to gain access.

For 7.77$ US, you get one license that is good for three Macs.

The only problem is that due to a Bluetooth bug with OS X, if you have a wireless keyboard and mouse, Airlock may  not work.
