Since last weeks launch ONLY 5000 iPhones sold in China

China Unicom located in Hing Kong, the second biggest carrier of the country confirmed that since last weeks official launch of the Apple iPhone they have sold only 5000 units. Unicom says that they priced the iPhone 26 percent higher than similar smartphones (supporting WiFi). China has approximately 700 million subscribers to wireless services and CLSA Ltd. estimated that it's Chinese partner would sell 460,000 iPhone annually.
