In the future, game “freaks” should be able to play OnLive titles via the iPhone.

First and foremost, what is OnLive?

OnLive is launching the world’s highest performance Games On Demand service, instantly delivering the latest high-end titles over home broadband Internet to the TV and entry-level PCs and Macs.

How does OnLive work?
You connect to OnLive via your TV, Mac or PC to run and play games on state of the art servers hosted @ OnLive. Obviously this requires an internet connection, hence the term “cloud gaming”.

For now, you can connect to OnLive with your TV, Mac or PC. Soon you will be able to do the same with your iPhone. We have no confirmation on when this will be available on the iPhone yet.
